3. Workout- Many of us hate exercise, but no matter how you look at it. When you work out you feel better especially if you stick with that happy habit. This will become an addicting habit that will have you on cloud nine when it comes to yourself happiness.

4. Don’t ignore your dreams- If you google regrets before dying. The majority of the doctors who’ve been bedside when patients pass away. The top regret what not following their dreams.

5. Dream BIG- Dream as big as possible, this will help you accomplish your goals. Don’t ever limit yourself with your visions. Dreams help open your creativity and let the top back on your mind. This positive stat will give you he power to achieve anything.
