If the sound of the morning alarm is worse to you than a fog horn cupping your ear, and you just plain hate mornings. This article is for you.
Just because we are all not morning people, doesn’t mean we can’t create a morning routine. A routine that would make us all awake with joy. The 5 tips below will make the early hours easier. Ideally, getting us all moving and grooving our way into a more productive day.

1. Preparation: Start your morning the night before by setting up everything you need to have a successful day. This will make your morning less stressful.
2. Stretch: It is only right that you stretch after a long nights sleep of remaining idle for hours.
3. Drink water: A cup of water is just what you need to wake up those muscles and organs.
4. Work-out: Not only does it give one longevity but it gives us the energy we need to get more out of our mornings.
5. Positive mindset: We all cannot stand to be around a negative person. So DO NOT be the person you least want to be around. Get your mind right in the early hours of the morning, to focus on positivity and prosperity.
