Please Breathe

Exhale the stress, negativity, and doubt. Pause and take the time to breathe.

When people think about doing workout activities, they think the most difficult part is the actual activity. Really the most difficult part is breathing, we tend to get in our own way a lot in life and in activities. We are our biggest challenge, when we do not have the proper knowledge to overcome.

Proper breathing techniques made me think about life.  We all have difficult times of crisis, stress and defeat. We never breathe properly and stupidly attempt to hold our breath, squeeze our eyes shut, and hope that it was all just a bad nightmare.  Exhale the stress, negativity and feelings of despair and inhale the “positive vibes” of today.

That “oxygen” is our faith, family, and friends who are there for us in clutch moments. Over coming challenges is the reason you were put on this earth and breathing is why we are still alive. Challenges can trouble us from continuously facing each day with a purpose, passion, and productive action.  The inaugural step commences with breathing the right way. So step back, take a moment and breathe.
