The best day to plan for the week is Sunday. This is the day to setup the week and get ahead. This is the time to get a clear mind and figure out the focal point of the week. This will bring us closer to what you need to accomplish to move that much closer to our big dreams. Below are a few steps to get ahead on a Sunday.
Use this time to review life goals and how close one may be to achieving them. Along with what needs to be done. Plan to elevate the mind, body, and spirit.
Break each day into segments gather a few big things for each of the days that is imperative that it gets done.

Post the goals for the week somewhere insight so its something one sees every morning and night before the day starts and ends.
