Surround Yourself With People Who Get It:

In this new year we should not only surround ourselves with people who get it, but with people who understand our  passion, hustle, and why we grind each second of our days. These are the ones who will forever support and motivate us to be best person we can be. These are the people who will help us reach our potential.

We should never have to waste our time trying to justify our work, our art and our actions to people who don’t get it.

2016 lets make a promise to ourselves. That we will be surrounded with people who whole heartedly get why we are on a mission. This will allow us all to grow and perform at our highest levels. If someone does not understand us and our individual work they should never make it to the next level with us. 

If “they” don’t get it you don’t need to waste your time telling them about it. Keep the blinders on and focus on your focus. Eventually they will GET IT! By then it may be too late for them to join our journey.
