The distance between winning and losing can be something as simple as inches. Cutting ourselves well short of our efforts in daily habits, can cost us championship like success in life. It is not always about going the extra mile or being heroic. The majority of the time becoming successful is about simply doing what we’re suppose to be doing consistently, and not cutting ourselves short each practice, each rep, or each day. One can see a tremendous difference when we do our job and put forth the extra effort regularly.

By grinding out the extra inches in our daily routines, practices etc. We become a champion each day. These small steps also help us become progressively better weekly.

We must take pride in the details of our own lives. Once we commit to excellence, by focusing on the small improvements daily, nothing can stop our momentum. Attack the day and seize the moment.
