3 Ways Beat The Sun Up

In order to wake up before the sun, we have to get to bed at a reasonable time each night. Which is anytime before 10:30PM. We do have to set our alarm for aleast 4:45am.

When our alarm goes off here are the 3 major keys to get up and on with the day.

1.  Happy Or Energetic Music: Create a jump start play list. This music will be the quickest way to snap into the moment of seizing the day.

2. Watch a motivational youtube video: Personal favorite is anything from Eric Thomas, but a favorite of mine is the story of him going to meet the “guru.”

3. Lastly place the goals or vision board in plain site: Place in a good location where one can see it everyday. This will inspire us and be a reminder of why we woke up this morning.
