The Magnificence Of A Mantra

A mantra is a small group of reaffirming words that hold a BIG meaning to you, personally. It can help transform your life, center your mind, and help you focus. Yes, words have power and you have the power to choose the words that permeate and really speak to you.

We all have hard times, obstacles and setbacks in our journey towards success. Many extraordinary people use mantras to gain a psychological edge against difficulties. Daily I strive to work hard towards positivity; through trial and error I learned that positivity is the way to go. Being negative creates negative results. A coach of mine always said “Show me a person who can remain positive in a negative situation, and I’ll show you a leader.”  That statement has made me a captain of many of my athletic teams and a leader in the work place.

Today, I need you to know that life has its difficulties. There are times when life delivers a knockout blow, as if Mike Tyson himself is the messenger. Times like this, you need personal message that pertains to you and your beliefs. I recommend creating a unique mantra that’s medicine for your soul. Your mantra will begin to affirm things unconsciously in your life. You can shift bad habits, and negative vibes into positive habits and good vibes. Through consistency, practice, and effort. Use your mantras call them forth with your thoughts, actions and intentions. If you are not experiencing days filled with joy and fulfillment, it is likely that your own subconscious mind is to blame.

Believe in yourself, believe in your words, and believe in your actions. Now go start off right by creating your own original unique mantra for yourself. Below are three tips on how to make your Mantra Magnificent.

Choose positive, affirming, inspiring words for your mantra! Words have power.

1. Core Words- Jot down positive thoughts deep from within your core. Use these words that you put together as motivation.

2. Short with impact- Create a short summary of impacting words that will awaken your most powerful being. These words will help you make the positive change you are seeking.

 3. Repeat Daily- Remind yourself daily of these powerful yet positive words, then medicate your spirit as needed.
