Parkdale High School Awards Ceremony

Wednesday May 25 2016 I was given another opportunity to make an impact on todays youth. I was truly excited to speak to the kids of Parkdale High School in Riverdale Maryland. It was a banquet for graduating seniors. These were high achievement awards being given out.

My most memorable moment was the two seniors who read 149 and 150 books in a year. I thought that was exceptional and very inspiring considering I give myself a goal of one book a month.

Proud of these kid geniuses. There was nothing left to teach these kids academically so I spoke on taking the next step. Where to from here? Broke down the failures and difficulties in life that will come eventually. Along with leaving them the steps to stay focus and grind through the hard times to get to the easy ones.
